Mort
Death comes to us all. When he came to Mort, he offered him a job. After being assured that being dead was not compulsory, Mort accepted. Getting good help can be difficult, but for the anthropomorphic personification of death, it can be more trouble than it's worth. KWLT’s amateur production of Mort is a look into the personal life of Death's apprentice, Mortimer, as he finds a career, leaves home, falls in love and shoulders more responsibility than is due any young lad.
Terry Pratchett's "Discworld" is alive in 29 novels, and thanks to Stephen Briggs, six of those novels can be seen on stage. This will be the Ontario Premier for Mort, so join us as we stalk into History and talk in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Performances: March 11-13, 18-20, 2004 8pm
