Fourteen killings, nine of them on stage, six severed members, one rape, one live burial, one case of insanity, and one act of cannibalism.  That’s an average of 5.2 atrocities per act, or one for every 97 lines.  What’s not to love?

One of Shakespeare’s most violent plays, Titus Andronicus speaks volumes to a current society obsessed with violence and violent images.  Both disturbing and darkly comedic, Titus is sure to entertain.
