Our Brand New Producing Committee

Interested? Email .

KWLT is running a pilot project for the 2017-2018 season with regards to the Producer role on the production team. Instead of having one producer per show as has traditionally been done, a standing committee of 5-7 people will be struck with the objective of completing the producing responsibilities for all the shows in the season. We are currently soliciting applications to this committee. You may be a good fit for this committee if:
  • You have enjoyed filling the Producer role in the past
  • You have great ideas for marketing our shows
  • You have a particular skill or interest you think would be of use to such a committee (e.g. graphic design, public relations experience, budgeting skills)
  • You are a reliable, hard-working person who enjoys collaborating with a team to accomplish goals
We will be accepting applications until Friday, April 7, at 7pm. If you are interested in applying, please email ep@kwlt.org with information about yourself and why you believe you'd be a good fit. If you simply want to learn more information about this committee and how it will be run, please email ep@kwlt.org with your questions (or otherwise contact Carolyn Galvin).

Call for Ushers

Interested? Email .

We are looking for ushers for Immigration Acts! Ushering is a great way to meet new people and see the show for free!

  • The Ushers run the concession stand, help people find seats, sit in the theatre to assist patrons during the show (and watch it) and assist the Front of House as necessary.
  • The Front of House handles ticket sales, helps with concessions, and guards the lobby during the show. Good if you have a book or a craft project to complete.
  • As front of house staff, you'll be entitled to a free ticket.  Ushers will see the performance for free on the show that they usher.
  • Smart Serve is helpful, but not necessary. If you do not have Smart Serve, you can still help out, but cannot handle any alcohol or sales.
  • Call time is 7PM for an 8PM show.

Show options are April 13, 14, 15; 20, 21, 22; 27, 28, 29. Let know your availability.
