Join us for a playwriting workshop on Saturday, February 25th from 10AM-4PM. Learn how to write a great script with dialogue that can come to life!
Gary Kirkham brings an actor's take on that tricky art of getting your dialogue to leap off the page.
A play is not words on a page but actors on a stage, it is a collaborative art. The workshop focuses on how to write a script that your collaborators (directors, actors and designers) can bring to life. Learn how to develop an ear for the “music of speech” and to write dialogue with subtext that allows actors to show the character's inner thoughts.
Saturday February 25th 10:00AM - 4:00PM at 44 Gaukel St, Kitchener
There will be a 1/2 hour lunch break for a bring-your-own lunch
The cost is $10.00.
