Actors: March Madness Draws Near

Actors, are you looking for something fun to do for a week in March? Come out and audition for March Madness!

KWLT's ultimate theatrical competition will need actors to work with our production teams to put on a great show. You'll get your script on March 4th and perform on the 11th.

Intrigued? Come out to KWLT, 9 Princess St E, Waterloo on March 4th anytime between 12PM - 4PM to audition for this zany event. It is a drop-in format so join us anytime between 12PM-4PM, prepared monologues are welcome but not necessary.

Call for Volunteers for the One Act Play Weekends

This year we will be honoring our artistic forefathers with some classic July One Act Weekends. We need volunteers to help shape, plan and run this fun event. We are looking for volunteers to join The July One Act Committee and be a part of a KWLT tradition!

First July One Act Committee Meeting: Mid-February
Proposals Due: March 6th
Auditions: May 8th, 9th, 10th
Performances: July 13th, 14th, 15th; 20th, 21st, 22nd

One night.  Several teams.  One script… and that script could be yours!
March Madness is an annual theatrical competition hosted by the Kitchener-Waterloo Little Theatre (KWLT).  Production teams are given a short script one night, audition their actors the next day, and then perform a week later.  It’s a night of theatrical mayhem, with one play seen through some very different artistic lenses.
