Board & Officers

The Kitchener-Waterloo Little Theatre is a non-profit corporation that is governed by its Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors consists of 8-12 members who are elected to serve a two-year term and may be re-elected from season to season.

The board is supported by other officers, who have responsibility for specifics areas of theatre operation, as well as by our structure of committees. If you’re interested in taking on an officer role, check out our current volunteer opportunities.

Board Meeting Dates

Board meetings this year are on the fourth Monday of each month, with the next one scheduled for October 24th, 2022. Meetings are always open to members! If there’s anything you’d like the board to discuss or if you’d like to attend a meeting, please email secretary@kwlt.org.
