KWLT’s ultimate theatrical competition is back for its 13th year — if you’re looking for a short-term commitment that lets you play on stage, have we got an opportunity for you!

At March Madness, multiple production teams get the same short script and one week to bring it to life. Auditions are on February 28, and the teams present their interpretations back to back on March 7: in the afternoon as an open dress rehearsal, and in the evening with an adjudicator bestowing prizes.

If you’d like to try out, come join us on February 28 at the theatre between noon and 4pm. Ideally you should come with a monologue prepared, but we’ll have a few options available for you if you don’t. Walk-ins are welcome, but feel free to sign up in advance to give us a sense of when to expect you. If you don’t want to act but would like to help out with a team in some other capacity — or help out with the event as a whole — then you can fill out the form for that as well, or else send us a message to let us know how you’d like to contribute.
