KWLT’s ultimate theatrical competition is back for its 11th year!
The idea is simple: one play, with a lot of room for interpretation. Several production teams, each putting their own spin on it. One week to prepare. One night to perform. No holds barred.
This year’s edition features four teams working off the script Pandemonium by Sophie Twardus. Come see the different renditions, vote for your favourite, then stay for an author talkback and the adjudication by veteran KWLT director (and president) Adrienne Dandy. Plus there might be a surprise or two along the way…
The matinee performance is effectively an open dress rehearsal, with admission on a pay-what-you-can basis. You still see all four plays and cast your vote for your favourite, but if you want to see the author talkback and the adjudication then you’ll want to attend the evening performance.
